Project description
The luxury apartment is situated in an old house of pre-revolutionary construction. Everything here is the evidence of reliability - brickwork, woodwork, nobility of color and textures. The interior is dominated by dark shades: black, dark brown and gray. Contrasting interior items - red, yellow, white - harmoniously complement the visual series. The main flavor is added to the apartment by a carefully thought-through lighting system. Lamps emphasize all the advantages of the interior.

About the Residential Complex
The building, formerly known as Medvedev's Profitable House, was built in 1905. The office of Siemens & Halske German company was situated here, which erected the first telegraph poles in Primorye at that time. The building was constructed in the best traditions of tsarist times: reliable brickwork, fireplace mounds, high ceilings (3.5 meters), and a massive front door.
The house is an object of cultural heritage of the Russian Federation. In 2015-2016 the facade restoration and the complete replacement of all communications were carried out. The house has only 5 apartments (1-2 apartments per floor), and nice neighbors. The entrance is clean and the yard is quiet and cozy, despite the fact that it is situated in the most lively area of the city.
On the first floor of the house there is a gallery of contemporary art "Arka". The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.
